2.2 Personal data of third parties provided by you
You acknowledge that any provision of personal data and contact details of third parties constitutes processing for which you act as the data controller. You therefore undertake to ensure that such data has been collected and communicated in compliance with applicable data protection laws and to inform such third parties in accordance with Article 13 GDPR.
Such data will be used exclusively for the provision and management of the Services.
3. Purposes of Processing
3.1 Your personal data will be processed, where necessary with your explicit consent, for the following purposes:

To provide the requested Services, as well as to personalise and continuously improve them. Data may also be used to suggest services that may be of interest to you and to communicate with you regarding requested services.

Where consent is given, personal data may be used to send information regarding the Controller’s services, as well as to conduct studies, research, and statistical analyses.

3.3 Your personal data will be stored on servers available to the Controller.

4.1 The legal basis may include your consent, the performance of a contract, or compliance with legal obligations.
Providing data is optional; failure to provide it may prevent the provision of Services and/or marketing communications.
You may withdraw consent at any time and object to processing by contacting the Controller. Any withdrawal will be applied promptly, including notification to third parties where applicable.
5. Processing Methods
5.1 Data will be processed using manual, electronic, and paper-based systems.
No automated decision-making processes are used, except for profiling related to marketing purposes.
6. Data Recipients
6.1 Personal data will not be disseminated but may be communicated to:
